The Duquesne House Inn & Gardens

This historic adobe inn, originally built as a boarding house for miners and nestled on the original main street of Patagonia, offers charm & quiet plus delicious breakfasts.

Duquesne front 3 sm

The terraced back yard has four patios, several cozy seating areas, a fire pit for chilly evenings and a beautiful array of flowering plants, cacti, butterflies, and birds. It’s a wonderful place to watch the birds at the feeders, relax with a glass of wine, enjoy a good book, or take a nap in the hammock.

Inn & garden

Each of the three suites has its own entrance, sitting room, bedroom, bath, and a rear door that opens onto the back porch or back gardens – a spacious accommodation for two, as well as comfortable lodging for four. The studio apartment includes a kitchenette and large, tiled walk-in shower. Each unit is colorfully painted and uniquely decorated with rustic Mexican furniture, local art and hand stitched quilts.

Stays on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights include a full breakfast served family style in the dining room. Stays on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights include coffee and tea only.
